A story from
Klimt
A few days ago (11/30) on my way to Taos, NM from Farmington I encountered some people on Hwy 64 stuck in the snow at 10,400' elevation (temperature: 12F). They were in a front-wheel-drive Lexus RX350 SUV towing a huge trailer. Even tire chains weren't helping them -- they had lost forward momentum and weren't getting it back...
Then I came along with my yellow tow strap >:3
I wasn't sure how well this was going to work -- I have all-season tires on my WRX, not snow tires, but it went off flawlessly. Didn't even get any wheelspin when we set off. I towed them to the summit (~10,600') without any fuss or drama. #SubaruFTW
