This is a Chompie, an OS made by KyuuBird on PFQ.
About Chompies:
Chompies are a medium sized omnivorous species, but they lean more towards eating only plants, fruit, nuts, and flowers.
They live in small packs, called Heaps. (Ex: "I saw a Heap of Chompies yesterday!") Chippers consist of about 10 individuals, but being the social creatures they are, they happily accept others.
Chompies have the back feet of a land bird, most likely a road runner, cassowary or a mix of both. They are covered in plumage soft as dawn, especially their tails, which they often use as pillows or entire beds.
Chompies love to decorate themselves, due to being entirely white plumage, naturally. They use flower dyes and other means to give themselves splendid colors and decorations. The more talented and experienced ones even have accessories, such as flowers in their tails, bands around their feet, additional feathers hanging from their ears...etc. They're extremely creative.
