Though this brings up a question: If Yinglets sleep for 1-2 hours at a time, a few times a day, do those that wear clothes bother changing/undressing before crawling into bed? Assuming they sleep on their own terms and not pass out like Kass did.

I honestly think Vizlet is hotter than Kass. That being said I really would hope, being a genius by yinglet standards, she could understand the really awkward position that Kass is in. Maybe someday he'll be accepting of his new position in life and want a family, but he's got to get there on his own.

Oh she definitely understands, but that's not gonna keep her subconscious from dreaming about selfish personal desires!

I can't help but find this excessively adorable! lol Vizlet has always been a favorite character of mine so it's kind of cute to see a glimpse into her subconscious!! I think you can learn a lot about her by this little look into her dreams! You can see she's not already imagined herself with that knowledge or forcing it from Kazz, she imagines admiration from her; but also tends to her, even seems warm towards her in a way she can't be while balancing her daily responsibilities. I'd be willing to wager that Vizlet on some level would enjoy having a student, a protege to mentor and pass on her knowledge to. Of course it's over-dramatized as this IS a dream and I think speaks a bit to a strong ego she has so she desires to be fawned over and adored. But I think the fact she's so diligently tending to this dream Kazz shows she's got a compassionate or even nurturing side we've not gotten to enjoy yet! I could imagine if she had a daughter she'd be something more like this to them if they fit her strict view for them. lol either way, my psychoanalyzing aside, this is an absolutely wonderful picture of a brilliant character! Nice job my friend!

Well damn, glad you liked it so much! That's a real review there. And you're right, Vizlet takes a lot of pride in being the lead maternal figure among her girls, and she spends a good deal of time making sure they're dressed and groomed and taught properly and all that, which is pretty much what's happening here.

Honestly it's easy to look at the layers of your content and study it because your universe, your characters, and your scenes all have a lot of depth to them TO be analyzed!! Much as I recall too! She runs a tight ship with high standards in a usually thankless and stressful job. Her considerable sense of self-value and ego aside she does take care of the female entrusted to her tutelage. lol part of me deeply wonders how she'd react to the sums of knowledge in my universe! I fear it'd be information overload for her!

The characterization here seems slightly off to me. Vizlet already has a bunch of ditzy females, and they annoy her incredibly. Why would she dream of having another? Kass being like this wouldn't actually get her anything she doesn't already have access to. Seems to me like Vizlet'd be more interested in finally having someone on her intellectual level to talk to and would actually be afraid of Kass becoming this way.

I picture Vizlet's dream being something more like her and Kass teaming up, and the patriarchs are now bowing at their feet begging for her forgiveness as she and Kass do a "Doctor Evil" laugh about their schemes.

Her intellect and reasoning definitely has her seeing Kass in a more deep and multi-faceted light, but this is just an indulgent and ego-driven dream!

I think it's less of having a ditzy female and more or less having someone with Kass' knowledge just going along with what she says. Plus, they pass down traits. If Kass does her job as a Yinglet female, the next generation might be smarter or have a greater capacity for intelligence. That is was Vizlet wants, as she put it, to "uplift" her flock. She wants Yinglets to learn, but the elders don't want to her to do that with the help of human culture.
