Just an alternate outfit of the Lisa Cakes picture http://www.furaffinity.net/view/20760413/ I touched it up a bit and fooled around with the manga studio background resources.
Id still like to make a dress up game and I think this pic of Lisa and this recent one of Titania http://www.furaffinity.net/view/21799980/ would make excellent base images for one. It may be possible to make a really simple one using tyranobuilder but I don't think it would be possible to mix and match clothing items, they would have to be whole outfits and that might be kinda boring. I did come across and downloaded micromedia flash MX 2004 program but to be honest I find it kinda confusing and haven't found a good tutorial yet.
