What are the Holidays like for a relationship between a coyote and deer? Well, I guess, you just have to ask them to truly know. However, it does look like the coyote inlaws are coming for the Holiday and they have to prepare.
Here's how food works in this universe:
Carnivores eat flavored foods that are flavored by Herbivores/preys. Food providers, usually, sit in warm water to make broth to flavor food like tofo, soup, etc. They also, are ranked by a branded letter on the butt (Pirk told his family Chaskin was an A rank broth provider, so, he has to fake brand him during the holidays). But, there are different ways Carnivores eat and another is to rub sauce or put food on prey and scoop/take it off at the dinner table. What you see here is, Pirk preparing Chaskin by rubbing cranberry sauce on him on a heated stove to make him sweat. The sweat slithers down the holes on the stove to drop into a pot within. And the sweat in this pot will flavor food, also. Pirk also, put some fruit on the grill to get some flavor too.
