Yea that's the most logical but it's really hard to judge because they are more work than what they look like but i also don't want to charge too much for a simple charm :') I gotta think of that. Thankfully the shipping to the US for such a small charm would not be nearly as expensive as it is for a full figure so even if your friend decides to get a pupcake later it wouldnt be SUPER expensive *phew*
