This is a work in progress of my current project, a graphic pencil rendering of my father intended for his birthday. The image is highly cropped because of the size limitations of my scanner window. The illustration is being drawn on an 11" by 14" sheet of Strathmore bristol vellum.
I am probably fairly on schedule in regards to completion of the project, though I still feel disappointed about its appearance and I am losing motivation to work on it at all. If I maintain work on this, I should probably be done by Dad's birthday in May. When completed, I will frame the drawing and give it to him.
