An older render with an older version model, I've since updated the model and body weighting, so the clothing didn't fit and had to be deleted (perhaps re-created).
This was a basic cool weather style clothing for Sam that was something a bit heavier, but with freedom of movement. From what I understand that Carrets often wear minimal clothing, so this may not be typical for them.
