Neo is part of a species nicknamed "Gatorgoats." They are a primitive kind, bearing a similar intelligence to humans but living like animals. As such, they're never exposed to much of what those of more advanced cultures take for granted.
Except Neo. He stumbled upon the city and now lives in a dumpster behind a KFC. He's quite fond of fried chicken; he never knew meat was capable of tasting so damn good.
