So I always draw a base before drawing clothes.
But I obviously used this as a chance to draw the fanfest underwear.
(Also my doodles at the bottom feature an old inside joke, Popoto Poto the highschool thug.)
Reference for my FFXIV character.
Name: E’rihn Tia
Age: 17-18
Gender: Male
Race: Miqo’te | Seeker of the Sun
Height: 5 fulm 3 ilms
Class: Archer
Job: New Adventurer
He’s about as familiar with Eorzea outside of his home as a newbie sprout player, and has kind of weird greetings or habits because he was a tribal Miqo’te. But he’s happy to be out adventuring and exploring places. E’rihn’s not a fantastic archer but that’s what the archer’s guild is for.

Man, I just took a bunch of screenshots to get a ref for my dude, you make me feel like a scrub.
Joking aside, he looks like one handsome fella.

Ah yeah screenshots are the easy way. I've had a ref of him with screens for like a year but the gear was even outdated.
There are no pants or boots as simplified as the way I draw him in game though so a drawn ref. sheet was the way to go for simplicity's sake.
Same for the shirt and pants on the alternate outfit, lower in detail for easier drawing. :D
Don't feel like a scruuuub. Screens are excellent reference, a full detailed model you can turn around for more angles!
