My brother gave me this Samsung 1080p LCD TV made in 2007 today.
The problem with this one it takes 15 minutes to turn on.
The solution is to replace these capacitors in the power supply.
Will need to order them.
You can see that the tops of some of them are puffing up, and are leaking.
Once fixed it will be my largest TV that I own.

This was actually a common problem with Samsungs back then! They ordered a -bunch- of counterfeit capacitors and many, many TVs back then had this issue. I actually think there's an extended coverage for this! My TV was over six years old when they replaced the capacitors for free.
