This is Pops Fizzlesworth the Fourth, more commonly known as Pops Fizzers, and he's a bear in his mid 40's, who at first glance seems like just a plump, showmanesque soda making bear, but he can be persuasive, and quite the charmer. He is the sole owner of Fizzy Pops Soda company, which is known for having many unique flavors of soda pop and also known for their labels, which most have a unique spokesperson for each flavor. The mascot on the label often times has a person that looks familiar to some people, like someone they met before.
His sodas are sought out because not only are the flavors pretty unique, but they all have that special something that nobody can quite put their finger on. Of course his method of production is a closely guarded secret. He does give tours on occasion, and if he likes you enough, he might give you a special tour and maybe even know what flavor soda he tastes like.
