You guys may recognize this cyrokinetic beauty. Since the Super Lab Mice project fell apart, I've decided to retool my character, #38 Meringue, into the superhero world shared by my other supers like FantastaGirl, Archer, and Jet Stream.
She's pretty much the same French/American sweetie as before. Still sultry, still bisexual, still hates confrontation. She's not much of a fighter, though her cyrokinetic powers give her a sizeable advantage when she can figure out how to apply them. However, they've given her something much more valuable...
She's one smart cookie (pun intended), and she figured out how to create ultra-tough materials from a careful application of specially-designed fabrics with an enormous level of cold freezing. She's both an artist and fashion designer by heart, and has applied that knowledge in a field not many consider in the realm of supers: outfit design. She owns a considerable number of patents to the materials she creates, and has turned it into a lucrative business designing thin flex-armor for superheroes and a few government agencies as well. The material she creates is flexible enough to allow plenty of movement for agile supers, while also being tough enough to halt bullet impacts while also spreading the shock across a sizeable area to minimize damage to the wearer. Naturally, she is in contact with federal superhero bureaus to arrange proper bodyguards and escorts when necessary, since her combat prowess is minuscule. She's a perfect example of the "lover, not a fighter" trope without apology. She loves her job, as it gives her plenty of opportunities to show off her creativity in designing outfits for newly-arrived superheroes and even a few veterans aiming to update their image.
Her background is more or less the same (check it out here). She still seeks to escape the trauma of the same past that allowed her such wonderful opportunities as a designer for superheroes, and hides a lot of her anxiety behind a bold, outgoing demeanor.
