This one is literally YEARS overdue! Sorry just doesn't cover it at this point. But I promised myself that I wouldn't post anything else until this was done. So this is my half of a trade with

His OC Kyle is captured by some of Lightning Surf's enemies for not throwing a fight they wanted him to. And the scientist is eager to try out some fascinating new devices he invented. He must not be too smart though because he choose an abandoned loading dock on the ocean where it's easy for super otters to get the dorm on him and his henchman.
