Happy new year!

Emerald stood in front of the mirror looking at herself with a blush. Zach had invited her to a new year's eve party with one stipulation that they go dressed as the baby new year. “It’s one of THOSE parties.” he said. “It’ll be fun to dress up and have a good time maybe get a few drinks in us.”
Looking at her outfit once more she really took it in. The pink bonnet tied around her head covering her green spotted fur as her ears poked out of it. The “Happy 2017” sash came down from her shoulder and around her waist.
Around her waist, forcing her legs apart, was an enormous cloth diaper pinned with a comically large diaper pin. Underneath that however were three thick disposable adult diapers held inside the bulbous costume. Waddling out of the bathroom Emerald couldn’t help but blush at the crinkling noise as she moved.
Grinning as she looked at Zach she saw him in much the same outfit blushing brightly. The wolf was in a thick cloth diaper with more underneath by the looks of it. His blue bonnet framing his face and sash over his chest a match for hers. Having to suppress a giggle she walked up giving him a hug.
“I almost didn’t think you’d do it wolfy. I mean someone who can’t even light a tree by himself got himself all dressed up for a party. Good job!”
Drooping his ears and growling playfully Zach gave her a gentle punch in the arm as they grabbed their things ready to head off. The car ride was pretty enjoyable jamming out to the music and laughing at the crinkling they made.
Once they reached the party the duo got out of the car and waddled to the door ringing the doorbell. As the door opened it revealed a kangaroo in a flowing red dress as she grinned turning back to the crowd.
“Hey, guys! The babies are here we can start having some real fun now.”
Turning to look at each other Emerald and Zach gulped as many pairs of hands shot out of the doorway grabbing them and pulling them inside. This was definitely going to be an interesting party.
