probably a mix of both. Allot of it is just me picking colors that stand out when next to each other maybe with out really thinking about it, but the NTW pic was meant to be more de-saturated because thats how she looked in some shots of the movie. Other times its like, muted colors work for this mood or if im going for a manga look its gotta be grey looken
