The green one is "Rue" aka Jack Rabbit aka an android that was created by Eggman who decided to make a 'clone' of Mallow in order to give the dancing rabbit a decent opponent and show off his robot-making skills (as if building every robot in his arsenal wasn't already impressive). The result is this... botched green monstrosity, with jackhammers for legs and a weapon inventory that would make a Halo player jealous.
The creator of Rue based the rabbit's coloring off of Jazz Jackrabbit from the old PC games: Jazz Jackrabbit.
The thing behind Rue is an assault rifle. Positioning it was difficult, so it shall remain 80% hidden.
