This is my first inking attempt in Sai- Thanks to 
for kicking me the ass about using it xB I LOVE her eyes >D shows how crazy she is.
This is one of the many images I have made this past week focusing on Arctic and her fighting abilities.
However, I cannot seem to settle on any one particular battle outfit for her, or one that I completely enjoy. So this will do for now :3 I might hold a "Dress Arctic" contest to help me out >.<' we'll see.
