I got it to work by changing the file name. Right after you click the download button and it brings up the folders to save it to.. Before the file is downloaded and not after... I suck at describing things but hopefully you get what I mean? At least if you're having an issue with opening the file.

People who having problem with open this file, I figured it out where you actually can open it too and I wanna help out so I hope it's okay saying it here. ;u;
You can open it on FireAlpace or Krita, I just tried it and it did work! These program are free and if you want to download them, just go to their webside. :)
