Here is my troglodyte character Gontigo. An adventurer in a medieval fantasy world, Gontigo works as a mercenary for hire. He is a big brute of a lizard and one of the strongest warriors in the guild who loves jumping into big brawls.
So most of his teammates are willing to overlook the fact that he has a horrible body odor. Why does he smell so awful? A combination of rarely bathing and troglodyte musk (an incredibly foul musk they can excrete all over their bodies when they’re nervous, scared, or angry, but Gontigo figured out how to produce it at will).
Upside: He’s a very strong and loyal fighter to those who earn his trust. Downside: His teammates should probably bring nose plugs.
