Her name is Shahhandar Vontallah

Shahhandar is a prophetess and priestess of the God of Creation, Zeboc-Seei.

She is blind and her eyes are cloudy blue silvery orbs. Her body is immensely long as befits a snake with a torso as large as a human's. She is a reptile, so she does not have breasts and her internal anatomy follows that of a snake. Her arms and collar bones are dislocatable, just like her jaws, so she can swallow large prey and not have her arms or collar bones get in the way.

Her body can take on all sorts of colorations and patterns, giving her a powerful ability to camouflage herself. When not trying to camouflage herself she tends to take on a sort of cream or light khaki color on her belly and a darker reddish brown on her back and the top of her head and arms. She wears a loose black coat on her humanoid torso and a silver skull cap on the crown of her head.

She is a powerful psychic, but the manifestations of that power are erratic and sometimes unpredictable. She is blind, but “sees” the energies and auras of things in the world directly as variously sized and colored blobs of flame. She can see the multiple futures of some events and can, via her actions help to bring about desired future circumstances. She knows what and who to manipulate now to increase the odds of desired futures. She has very powerful telekinetic abilities, able to pick up and manipulate matter from close to the molecular level to things about the size of two city blocks. She can create protective force fields and direct powerful bolts of force.

She has an indomitable will and commitment to her service to her god. She is not a pacifist, but does try to resolve issues without violence if that can be helped. The god she serves is the active, creative will of Universe and while certainly not evil, it is hardly entirely good either. She gets occasional flashes of the god’s will and its up to her to figure out what needs to be done.

She is at base a decent sort of person, but will do what is needed according to her understanding of the will of her god.
