Been getting in shape - lost a few pounds of blubber, added a few pounds of muscle and been spending more time in the sun.

Don't get me wrong, CS has had a Panther taking good care of him on a daily basis. Not to mention his words on Sun and loss of weight, also him shaving each day helps greatly.

It is factual that sun exposure is absolutely necessary to your health and to keep from becoming a ghost. I unfortunately don't get as much sun as I used to ever since I moved from the other place.

This is quite true! And here in Fl is the best place for one to get sun... Though I keep tellin him that he might be gettin a bit too much b/c he's damn near to the lobster state of colour. its soo not fair, I've lived in florida damn near 95% of my life and I can't get a tan to save my life... I burn then I go back to being chalky white... he's here for a little more then TWO WEEKS and he's got a BEAUTIFUL tan.... soo not fair! But still I'm lovin it!

Only an hour worth of sun is necessary to be healthy. In your case, I don't think you'll have too much fortune getting tanned unless you do it Rotisserie style or with the aid of UV rays used at a focused and controlled level.

I miss my pet skunk *sob*, though I guess it is nice sometimes with your pet skunk running around the house. Not nearly as fun to watch though...he just doesn't fit into cookie jars quite the same way XP
