So.. Yeah! I made a new character! Less complex design-wise than Runac (for the most part) and much taller, I probably need to figure out just quiiite how she fits into things, but ehh.. Tall muscle-y otters~
Had it in mind that she's something of a mercenary, though personality still needs some touching up.
The scar on her neck, by the way, is for an implanted rebreather, but otherwise, she's flesh and bone.. Well, that, and the spinal port, which is used for controlling things hands-free - Things like jetpacks and heavy weaponry, naturally.
..As well as an extra pair of arms. Will strive to get art of that soon~!

When the neck port isn't being used, she keeps it covered - Faux fur and all.
