On New Years Eve Torahiko and Juuichi decided to throw a party. Kenji convinced Juuichi to let him have a little award ceremony where he gives fake medals to his friends based on their talent. However when the came for him to give out the awards something unexpected happened.
Kenji: *walks in the room sobbing and made his way to the podium*
Tora: Huh?
Hiroyuki: *tearing up* K-Kenji-san...
Kenji: *sobbing* I lost my wallet!
Hiroyuki: WHAT!?
Kenji: *emotionless* Oh, I don't care anymore... Let's start the award ceremony...
Tora: Hey! You're wrecking the mood, Kenji!
Jax, upon hearing that Kenji lost his wallet, left the room, found a tissue box, removed it of its contents, wrote something on the side of it in black marker ran to the front of the room, and placed the empty box on Kenji's podium. On the side it read, "Donations for Kenji!" After that, the ceremony began as Kenji started to read off the list he prepared with no emotion.
Kenji: Ultimate Musician: Kouya Aotsuki.
Kouya: * walked up to the front and accepted the award. He then reached into his pocket, pulled out 100 yen and dropped it into the donations box.* Here.
Kenji: Ultimate Math Whiz: Jax...
Jax: Alright! *walked up to the front and accepted the award. He then reached into his pocket, pulled out 50 yen and dropped it into the donations box.* Here you go.
Kenji: The Ultimate Swimmer and The Ultimate Cook: Tora....
Tora: Oh yeah! Two for one! *walked up to the front and accepted the award. He then reached into his pocket, pulled out 1 yen and dropped it into the donations box.*
Upon noticing the amount Torahiko donated, Kenji's face went from indifferent to slightly angry and he started to lightly growl. As way of telling Torahiko to donate more money. Torakhiko picked up on that gesture and began to dig through his pockets to find more money, but the only thing he could find was a coupon to a cheap fast food restaurant. After a moment of hesitation, Torahiko dropped the coupon in the donations box.*
Kenji: *angry* AAAAHHHH!!!!!!
Tora: *frightened* Gyaaaaahh!!
Kenji: I DON'T NEED YOUR CHEAP SYMPATHY!!!!!!!
Tora: Hey! That's mean!!
Kenji: *sobbing into the podium while pounding on the podium with his right fist* My 10,000 yen bill!! My 10,000 yen bill !! I knew I had one in there!!! *picked himself up off the podium and started speaking with no emotion again.* Alright then, let's continue with the ceremony.
Tora: You're wrecking the mood!
Juu: *Walks in* Uh... Hey Kenji?
Kenji: *tears streaming down his face* W-what... is... it? Oh, Juuichi-san. I was just about to announce The Ultimate Judo Master.
Juu: *holds up wallet* Someone found this, thought it was mine and gave it to me. Isn't it your's Kenji? This wallet?
After a second or two of sulking, Kenji gasped aloud and ran towards Juuichi to take back his wallet. He was so happy about being reunited with his beloved wallet that he didn't care about the award ceremony anymore.
Kenji: *tears of joy streaming down his face* HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!!! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE IN 2017!!!!!!!!

oh OK, it is an interesting and scary award ceremony and donating in new year, but I hope Kenji can make his brain clear and not to force anyone to donate,otherwise,

I wouldn't say it was scary, it was more awkward than anything. Kenji is characterized as being the near polar opposite to Juuichi. So the situation is already awkward enough with Kenji not act like his usual self. Upon hearing why he is not acting like his usual self, because he lost his wallet, Jax decided to help him by using a tissue box to create a make-shift donation box for Kenji. However, that simple act of kindness didn't do anything other than to make the situation even more awkward. Basically what I was trying to go for was a situation that got more and more awkward and uncomfortable for everybody with each passing second. Only for the awkwardness to finally be broken when Kenji was reunited with his wallet. It was supposed to be funny and even kind of relatable, because I'm pretty sure everybody, at one point or another, had something bad happen to them and they were just bummed out for the rest of the day. If it came off to you as scary I apologize, that wasn't my intention.
On that note, I think the Ultimate Pairing would most likely be Torahiko and Juuichi.

No, I wouldn't say that. While I do think Kenji's personality is cute in an endearing way, any affection Jax would have for him would be purely platonic. Though they may become lovers sooner or later.////
If you're asking because it was Jax was the one that decided to make a donation box for Kenji, Jax would've done that for anybody.
