Just randomly wrote this yesterday. The idea is that PSA toons are those toon characters you'd see in low budget after school specials, with their low effort animation, generic, slightly too friendly, not the least bit sexy designs and their absolute devotion to some particular cause. There's still some actual person buried under it, but they'd rather tell you about nutrition or safe driving than about themselves.
And now someone is capturing the "age inappropriate" toons around Kinka's Toon Town and transforming them into these bland, SFW toons. A fate worse than death for many toons.

This was quite a fun read, and it's a definitely unique kink that I don't see often XD there's something weirdly fun about seeing a lewd slutty character 'de-sexified' via tf or hypnosis or whatever, so this was a fun one to see that kind of personality-reversal! You considered a full art of Kinka fully 'age appropriate/sfw' and fully tfed like that? (like a followup to that mid-tf pic that tied in with the story)
