Though she doesn't actually hold military rank, Scarlett O'Hare, also known as Bunnie Rabbot, works alongside the combined species unit OMEGA from time to time. After the dissolution of the Freedom Fighters in 3234 after Robotnik was chased off by a Human military ship trapped at Mobius from Earth, Bunnie found herself with a lot of free time on her hands. Now suddenly faced with being out of work as a Freedom Fighter, Bunnie set out to enjoy life. There was peace - something rarely seen on Mobius in the current age.
When a portal to Earth was constructed, Bunnie made her way to the world the Lost Million - the colonists who brought their ancestors to Mobius - came from. Bunnie travelled to all corners of the earth, seeing cultures she had never experienced and done things that she never would have dreamed of back home, and it all came from a moment's peace.
These limbs are not her originals. Bunnie's original limbs are courtesy of a partial roboticization. These new ones are product of Omni Tech Corporation, based on Earth. These limbs are lighter, faster, and in addition to being powered by her own metabolism, are lined with nerve ending replicas so that she can experience the feeling of touch like that of a Human being, making her a rare individual to feel what Humans feel all the time. She does not miss her old limbs, as they represent a part of her past she wishes to remain forgotten.
As of 3241, Bunnie is godmother to Sally Acorn's illegitimate child, Frederic Lyon. The Human child is not in her care, taking on the name of a trusted Human handmaiden instead to avoid the scandal of his birth, not to mention his deceased father. Bunnie visits Frederic in the south of France often remarking on how the little baby resembles the man her friend loved.
Though right-handed, Bunnie's left arm contains a rail mount to allow for equipment and even weaponry to be mounted to it such as a rotary cannon. In addition, she keeps a second arm that can form a plasma cannon, which closer resembles her original arm.
I chose to ditch the leotard. Bunnie has been described as wearing shorts in the stories, but she can wear pants as well as they can cover her limbs. She can also wear boots if she desires it. In the Chaos Chronicles, there is no cure for roboticization, though there's nothing stopping Bunnie from getting new limbs cloned.
