I think this is the first husky that I did. I really love drawing dogs. So many adorable inspirational pictures out there and I love seeing how those expressions can be enhanced and depicted in a more... disney-esque world.

Thanks Siyu! It was all Arcroto's idea to do that depth of field. I absolutely love it too. I'm going to try to practice depth of field more so I can practice doing it myself. It looks so good. Dat Bokeh.

Thanks man! Always practice referencing photos to improve your perception of color. In this case we found someone's pic of their dog that we really liked, and wanted to toonify the dog using some of the methods that Glen Keane used. Also we wanted more visibile paws and a happier, more animated expression.
