Indeed, sometime, I get a pop-up from my cpu, saying "I'm your hot (98°C) bitch"

I had the same problem when gaming, I solved it with liquid cooling

Liquid cooling, in a laptop, is kinda tricky

Just pour a water bottle on it and solved XDD

I tried putting it directly into the fridge for a rapid cool down, it actually worked, but the problem was the power cable, the door didn't want to close :P

Well, at the moment the bet quality/price I've found as render station is this one http://www.ebay.it/itm/252332286861.....%3AMEBIDX%3AIT and it's kinda hard to have something better than a dual 8-core xeon for a single machine and, given that it's already built and tested, I can avoid the risk of a bad assembling

i had something single CPU ( like a i7-5820K or something like that) in mind with liquid cooling so you can overclock to gain speed and also you can have DDR4 RAM instead of DDR3

but yeah, it's hard to have something better than a dual CPU

I thought about that same i7, but the overclocking is to avoid at all, those are chips meant for gaming, OC gives you a nice and smooth experience, but for short amount of time, the xeon's, on the other hand, have lower frequency but they can stay under load for a much more with not too many problems (and I mean days at 100%) and, for a slightly lower price, I can obtain twice the performance (thank you Facebook to dismiss so many servers :D ).
Basically it's the difference between a Ferrari and an Iveco

About memory, it's true that ddr4 is faster, but my major concern is the price, ddr3 is cheaper, way cheaper, and I seriously need a lot of that, just to fit some of the scenes I make into memory (for instance, I've 16GB at the moment and it's not enough to fit at the same time two complete characters with fur). Also, if there isn't that needing for RAM for a scene, I can mount part of that as a temporary HDD, a fucking fast HDD ^^

It's true all the things you say, with a good liquid cooling you shouldn't have any problems

About the prices, I saw some brand new workstations with i7 and DDR4 Ram about 1400€

But the dual xenon CPU is a very good option, the only thing I don't like about it it's the fact that it is used And you don't know how much use it already has

Yeah, the fact that it's used can be a problem, but, tacking into account the risk, this is the best kind of raw power I can achieve with something that was the top level just a few years ago

Yeah it is a very good workstation, if you finally buy that one I highly recommend you check it very well before even plugging it on. Check that the parts are the ones said on the description and they are all in a good condition and clean of dust

Well, you can give to that smooth belly two different interpretations: the sleeping meal was in that belly for the whole night and what you are seeing is the next day, during the very first lights of the sunshine, waking up the snake close to his gurgling belly, filled with a completely digested guest, a thick mush that makes his belly round and smooth, waiting to vanish completely and forever, OR simple carelessness from the 'artist' who didn't put too much effort in this pic ^^' Though the latter one is actually the reality, I hope you choose the first option :D

It's the fact the bulge starts at the neck which stands out to me like, the Snake has no ribs collar bones or anything but it's contrasted with a heavily anthro anatomy elsewhere that breaks it for me.

It's a shame because of how outstanding everything else is, I'm an anatomy snob admittedly
especially since I've drawn Anthro snake's with a bulging tum before

Yep, actually it's inexperience, I'm not a real 'artist' just someone who saw a couple of tutorials :D ...that's why everything that has a mathematical description is made relatively decent

You're definitely on the way to it though, like mentioned I think if the bulge was lower down and confined below the dorsal plate of the rib cage it would be outstanding.

I also think 3D modelling offers great possibilities for this type of subjrct too as you can fit a prey inside the pred and distort the wire frame of the pred over the prey
