No offense, but I see this question for EVERY female character with purple hair and punky / gothy clothes...
It's an easy logic leap, but honestly kind of narrow-minded. I do know who this character belongs to and the owner just really loves girls with purple hair (including Gaz).
... and just to drive home the info, her bush is petite and white, so that purple may not be natural.
