The old gargoyle statue had gone missing. Tolf and Kane were confused as to what had happened to it. One night it was there then the next gone! They were in deep trouble if the curator of the museum found out.

In their frantic search for the missing artifact neither of them noticed clumps of fur falling off their bodies. Nor the scaly flesh starting to move across it. It wasn't until they both grabbed their heads in pain did they realize something was a miss. Boney horns pushed out of their heads while new growths pushed out of their backs. These mounds grew larger by the second while leathery webbing grew out. Both of them spread their new found wings while their thickening tails lashed behind them. A sense of power pulsed their bodies as their eyes slit and took on a golden color. Tongues forked and darted out of their maws as their bodies continued their monstrous transformations.

"Yes my new subjects...you will be the first of many. Feel the power radiate through you....not even the sun will stop us now that I am free!" Laughed a deep chuckling voice that echoed throughout the stone halls of the museum.
