They are a CLOSED SPECIES.
That meaning that I am the person who makes the designs and so on. I will likely open up the species later if there is interest but I was to explore the species a little more before I open it up to the world!

My reasoning is that I can see this person being fun loving, and trying to keep everyone cheerful around him, after all why let everything bring you down. After all with how colorful he is, I can imagine he is a very fun loving person, if not a little flamboyant at times.
