this seal has one huge pro and few cons

the pro's
the timescape seal has the ability to slow down time to almost stoping but truly dont stop time it only slows it down to nano seconds for like 10 second the person it be 10 minute to 30 minute

the cons

the seal has 4 hour glass like symbols stating it can be use four times back to back or spread out , if used back to back it take the person a full week for there seal recharge back up and for one use it take one hour glass day to two days to rechare that one hour glass

the second con is when enter timescape it is really really really cold so one must wear heavy duty clothing witch stand cold weather and the longer your in time scape colder it is .

thrid con is that each hour glass has different time type they do change from 10 second to 1 full minute and 1 full minute can be to 1 hour to 2 hours it how much chakra the person wearing the seal has

the forth and last con is when using the seal it doesn't work around the person who put the seal on that person this is a safety feature so it cant be used on them
