At least it looks as though Rocksteady was securely strapped in, though equally it looks as though he's completely trapped by the airbag and looking more than a little dazed, though hopefully not too badly hurt as he's quite durable really with thick skin and a hard head and at least he can still breathe with his head at that angle. Bebop looks like he's concerned though and I think he'll try and get Rocksteady free, though maybe having the bright idea of trying to pop the airbag using his tusks.
