"Curiosity almost killed this cat !!"
-->> In the distance of a not so distant future of the 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventure' the boys have become , MEN ..and have moved above ground. High above ground. Into Donatello and the guy's crumbling skyrise and brave new venture "TURTLECO."
The city is consumed by the rising waters due to the Green House Effect and melting of the Polar Ice Caps ( as well as Ha'ntaan,the Rat King's rodent Kingdom, as they too wish to escape the ever looming watery grave ). With bold new ambitions are to raise his Kingdom to the above ground to a new RAT ATLANTIS !!
Donatello's ever fastidious knowledge is on the case !! As well as a brilliant cat mutant named Manx. The rising young, scientific talent was educated and graduated with exceptionally high honors from MIT. Fresh from an internship at NASA .. Manx assisted Don on the 'Rat Problem'.
A contract with the city and the Mutant Tecno-geeks advanced robotic & cybernetic knowledge lead to a new generation of Mousers. The "Orni-copters" , flying & mobile rodent extermination robots.
Their efforts were a success leading his ' Majesty ' to flee the city with rabid servants in tow.
Wealth followed Don and Manx. As Donnie T. used his funding for research and the good of man / mutant kind .. Manx was thinking beyond wealth.
He wanted immortality.
Don and Manx soon began to grow apart and and Manx soon started to grown into someone else. His know-how in cybernetics allowed to enhance himself. This pussy cat became his own Guinea Pig and these enhancements made him less of the being he originally was.
As a Cyborg his mind continued to grow darker, more ambitious. Soon his sense of morality was overwritten in the cybernetics as well.
Manx was now Verminator - X !!
With a heist of Donatello's Time-slip Generator, Time travel became a means of seeking out the ' Immortality ' he so craved. Teaming with the Shark-mutant Armaggon, and inadvertently through these Time-Slips .. the deadly Shredder !!
This Trio would cause so much global havoc in and out of time it was deemed necessary by the Future Turtles to seek out the assistance of their past selves ..the TMNT , Splinter, and vixen ally ..Ninjara !!
An overwhelming series of events future-battle at Armaggon's headquarters to rescue Mike , Leo, and Merdude. Even the Rat King shows up to exact his revenge on Donatello !!
But a misfire from V-X from one of Merdude's taunts blasts a hole in the wall flooding the area and flushing Kitty and all his Flushable cat litter away ( as well as his evil pals ).
But this was not the end of V-X .. despite popular consensus.. cat's can swim !!
Possibly due to the missing Shredder and Armaggon.. V-X severs the alliance and goes rouge.
A new partnership and deal with the evil alien brain - trader Craniac brings a whole new level of "sinister " to V-X's dastardly deeds !!
V-X would help Craniac obtain acroamatic and rare brains of the infamously dead to sell for an extremely high sum. The purchasers were an alien race incapable of dreaming and with twisted means to use the brains in stasis as a form of ' ENTERTAINMENT'. Thus providing V-X more funding to pursue his scientific goals of immortality.
An massive asteroid heading to Earth with means to obliterate the planet would also mean he'd have to take his evil ambitions off-planet.
But this devious plot was turned on it's ear. After a time-traveling fling to former Nazi Germany, battles with hordes of bodiless brains, zombies, and one of the most Evil brains history has ever known Craniac and V-X are near victorious !! Until Crani wants to also sell the brains of the living !!
The deal breaker for Verm. Perhaps not all his circuitry was infected by the cyber-cat scratch fever after all !!
No matter .. Craniac had what he wanted and the asteroid was on it's way.
V-X was on his own against the Future Turtles and their allies.
Guns pointed at eachother, V-X is in stand-off against Raphael. Daring Raph to shoot him !! Verm thinking Raph wouldn't due to Splinter;s teachings and morality. That's thing one should never do ::
DARE RAPHAEL !!
V-X was shot by Raph.. !!
Luckily this ' mortal ' still had a few of his 9 loves left in him.
Thanks to the medicinal skills and technology of Donatello.. the same of which V-X at one time helped develop, Manx returned and was healed quickly back to health.
The leaf was turned over just in time too. Manx was able to help Donnie T. in an experimental space-craft blast the approaching comet to smithereens from high above the Eath !!
Manx was his own cat again, however the cybernetic 'scars' from his time as Verminator - X remained.
If this marks the complete recompense of the good scientist Manx, that remains unclear.
Only time will tell.
The rumor mills has stated tho' that the future holds a tale of the tail of the Cyber cat that has yet to be told.
Could Manx have reverted back to V-X and is once again up to his sinister ways ?!
That may very well be, i mean nobody's Prrr-fect.
