I recovered internet signal -the crappy one i mean- and even at this hour the modem is able to work!
Also apparently the memory card is working too. Fun fact, THE LAPTOP refused to turn on a couple of times earlier...scared me so much. But now works

We had 2 storms more today, and will have lot more tomorrow and in the next days
