You could focus on that.
I'm more talking about how her programming doesn't give her the same holdups that organic would over things. Life might be trivial/illogical for her so she can say something like that casually, much to the dismay some. She doesn't hold the same sentimentality over things.
It's like being mad at a cat for bringing you a dead bird or mouse as a gift. They don't understand why you would be mad.

Im not mad. if a cat was to give me a dead bird i would not get that mad, but if the cat had a robotic suit with the intent of seeing what happens if i was squished i would be a little concerned.
That and i can not help but to think about being on a space station with a killer robot with a "happy" personality... that would make an interesting horror experience!

Also, "Oft" works, but seems possibly odd, being a more antiquated alternative to "Often"...
And the text "Tails usually have sockets..." seems a bit confusing as well. Maybe "Often tails have sockets, or sometimes limbs, ears, or other points have built-in charging cords."
