Brattle and Slate(earlier picture) were Suanex'Ari. Bayabar is of the larger, flight capable Iome'Ari('people of the shadow'). Large even by the standards of his people, Bayabar is a fierce warrior and serves as a villain in what someday might be a finished comic of some kind.

The Iome place a great deal of importance on heritage and introduce themselves with the names of their parent and clan; Bayabar of Bayonar Clan V'tirad. They also do that thing where the child's name is annoyingly close to the parent they are named after. More on this as Bayabar's family gets posted.
