We didn't wind up talking to anyone, but it looks like they just started firing her up earlier today, there wasn't much heat coming off of her and the electric turbine wasn't whining yet.
And the photo-stitching app that google bought and dis-continued still works (Autostitch). VMoT is a proper rail yard with close quarters, so taking good panoramas is a must for shots like this.
Edit: Confirmed that they had just started her, she left for Spencer, NC the next morning. That's how long it takes to start one of these beauties, makes warming up the car a real joke.
