The iguana is Anastasia Martel, the adopted daughter of Renee and Svetlana Martel. She followed in her parent's footsteps and joined the Global Defense Alliance. She found she had a unique talent with long range shooting, and graduated top of her class at sniper school. She was partnered with Adele Durant, an owl from Brussels. The two work very well together, and are very good friends.

In this scene, they are leaving a training ground together. Who knows what they are discussing. Maybe they are going to watch the Beatles live. It is 1963 after all.
