For my friend Evan. He wrote a story about a girl who gains these strange elemental powers in her teenage years. From what I read, she trains herself to control her wind powers and uses them to rob banks and stuff. She taunts and kills her enemies with these metal balls that she can make levetate with the use of her windy powers. Interesting story, reminds me of an X-Men fanfic.
