Seems pregnant ladies is slowly becoming your niche (niches are good!) You may want to use the tags to indicate pregnancy.. you may attract you a whole new crowd of customers.

I honestly don't mind most fetishes, but I should make it my 2017 resolution to start using proper tags... I was never very good at that.
