Torch lost his chest spike long, long ago, but he was never really troubled by it! Even so, it was still a part of him, just as it is a part of every Lucario. So when
tyrnn approached him, offering him a powerful crystal shard that could take its place upon his breast, there was no way he could possibly refuse.
He can still take it off whenever we wants to hug people, though! Snuggles don't go too well when you impale your cuddle-buddy!
