This is the same image of Ormedon from the calendar, coloured with coloured pencils with some minor Photoshop enhancements to the highlights. Background is a photo of a reproduction of the Ishtar Gate with a blur filter (didn't want to lose too much detail, as it is a gorgeous work of architecture) and the colour amped up just a touch. Yeah, I watched Alexander the weekend I did this; bet you couldn't tell. LOL Bagoas reminded me of Orm so much I just had to finish this piccy for him; turns out his player based him somewhat off the character and historical figure.
