Ninja tool: Balloon Dart (Inflation)
One of the many tools of the ninja, Darts and needles can have many uses, from poison to sleep,to paralyses. This one in particular can be useful in a few occasions. The Balloon dart fills the target with air or hot air, Quickly making them swell up into something like a Balloon. The target is unable to move their limbs and is forced to bounce or float in place, they are also light as air when this happens. The only way to undo the effect is for the air to be drained out, or for the subject to pop, making them still alive, but a little flat.
It seems that Samson has been hit by one, most likely fired from another Ninja, He has Swelled u a lot, forcing his scarf to come off, Poor Samson, Hosho had better get a needle.
