I remember seeing her in the movie theater, and the contrast between this and the typical animated film from story to effects was amazing. Thank you for reminding me about a piece of my own past that I had treasured. She looks amazing.

... from the thumbnail, it looked as if she was one of those 'get me the manager' moms with a cigarette between the lips while scrounging her purse for coupons.

Great drawing nevertheless. I always preferred Don Bluth's style over Disney's. The darker tones, both in the story and the style made them more memorable.
