Honestly, all 3 could work well, so it just depends on how well you want him to be able to speak. In terms of language mastery, it goes from high to low: 3-1-2. All of them do seem like a mix of language mastery and a slight vocal impediment due to size/vocal organ composition, which is a nice mix.
