The last time I got to see my buddies in real life wound up being at Starbucks, so I guess that was where my mind went naturally.
I sort of feel like I got more canine and lapine general features, but these characters are very specifically a very tall corsac fox, and a snowshoe hare. (I wish FA had a species tag for "hare." Hares aren't rabbits, and though they look similar, the distinction feels important to me.)
