You feel suddenly emboldened to get this started quickly- you can always go back and do something else after you've opened your mail, if you feel the need- as long as you don't actually transport yourself away before you've done everything you want to.

With a polite request to the workers and a quick scan of your bracer, they clear you to take the mail. You pick up your select parcels, and inform them that you're going to head into town for awhile and then come back for the rest once they're done unloading.
