It's been almost as long as Taiki since I've drawn Chibiusa/Moon, I hated her through most of the series, it was only until watching EVERY episode of SuperS that I finally warmed up to her. This is her with a more mature look, maybe she's more like 16 or something here. PS her collar bit was too much fun as well as her hair coloring.
