Another easy no fuss no muss recipe. I use frozen. Yes frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts. You can use other parts just check then for doneness but generally after an hour it should be done. I also use a toaster oven a lot as for me it is enough. Uses less power than a full sized oven and for me easier to work with. Beauty of this recipe is it is very easy to use whatever seasonings or sauces you want in this. hi sis just the example of what I used.
Easy Bake Chicken
2 chicken breasts frozen or thawed
2 pieces of aluminum foil much bigger than the chicken pieces
Cooking spray
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
Chili flakes
Take the foil and give it a shot of cooking spray. Give it a small sprinkle of salt, pepper and the chili flakes and a little lemon juice. Add the chicken breasts to the center and repeat the seasonings. Now you need to do a drug store wrap using the foil.

This explains it way better than I can. Make sure you squeeze out as much air as you can ad fold it tight. You want to create a good seal. If need be use BBQ foil. Little heavier.
Put on a pan in a toaster oven at 350 degrees F for one hour. Take out, unwrap and serve! I usually eat one hot and let the other sit wrapped until cool then sit in fridge until cold and eat it as a sandwich or in a salad. Soaks up the juices. Makes a juicy and tender chicken.
This also works with fish and beef. Haven't tried it with pork yet.
So enjoy and experiment. Just make sure you use a pan or extra foil under the packages if they leak.
